To order items from our online catalogue, please contact us by e-mail, telephone or post. Quote the item order number as shown in the description for each item of jewellery, state your preferred colour and any alteration to necklace length or any other information you think we might need to know. You will advised of the total price (including Post & packaging) and the expected delivery date (from clearance of funds).

Please note that the prices shown on this web site do not include post & packaging.

All orders £25.00 and over are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery @ £5.00 inclusive.
All orders under £25.00 are sent Recorded Delivery @ £2.00.

To make space for new stock we are currently running special offers on a number of items, which have been greatly reduced in price. Take advantage of these amazing deals now, because this is strictly a limited offer, once there gone there gone, so don't miss out. Special offers are highlighted red in our catalogues.

Commisions:
If you would like to ask Nicola to undertake a commission, you can contact her using any of the contact details above. E-mail's will normally be answered within 24 Hours.

Trade Customers:
Please be aware that the prices quoted on this site are our trade prices. Retailers should contact Nicola by telephone if they wish to discuss business arrangements & or terms other than those quoted on this site.

Terms & Conditions:
We accept cheque's or postal orders by mail, or cash, in person, if you would like to arrange to see Nicola at the workshop. Cheque's should be made payable to Nicola Cardy.

If your chosen piece of handmade jewellery is still in stock, we will despatch it to you immediately on receipt of postal orders or on clearance of funds with a cheque, please allow 5 working days.

For commission orders we will require a non returnable deposit, you will be advised of the amount with the quote for your order. Commission orders will normally take around 7 - 14 days, but we may be able to complete work sooner by arrangement with Nicola.

Please note that due to display limitations the shades / colours of pearls and gemstones may not be exactly as shown. The information on this web site is provided "as is". Jewellery chosen from the online catalogue can be returned (with the exception of earrings) within 7 days (in perfect condition) and either exchanged for another piece to the same value, refunded in full (excluding postage) or used as full or part payment for a commission. We are sorry, but for legal reasons earrings cannot be returned. All returns must be sent by Special Delivery or Registered Post as proof of postage cannot be taken as proof of delivery.
