The venerable Lama Thubten Nyima with his brother, the venerable Lama Jamyang Lekshey who founded our new Buddhist Centre were only small children when they left Tibet.

We have been privileged to receive teachings from these high Lamas for the past 4 1/2 years.

Tibetan Buddhism is tolerant and respects all beliefs. Tibetan Lamas work tirelessly for the benefit of all beings with love and compassion. They have vast wisdom of Training the Mind and Meditation, following original lineage teachings thousands of years old.

We hope to practise these principles at our new Sakya Buddhist Centre, to create a good and helpful atmosphere and benefit in particular the local community.
