Losar the Tibetan New Year. The Year of the Earth Mouse 2135

A message from Lama Lekshey:-

"I am happy to know that the Centre is celebrating new year. I would like to wish everyone very best wishes. May you all have good health, success and prosperity through the year.
First of all I would like to extend my heartfelt love and best wishes to all of you on this new year day. Sakya Thubten Ling Trustees and members have dona wonderful job and have made and immense contribution towards the sustenance of this Centre which has benefited so may people. Especially, organising the Lamdre teaching last Year a real challenge. I would like to express my hearty congratulations and appreciation to all of you. Time runs very fast and what we experienced in the past year is gone. Life goes like this in a circle. The very important thing is to remember how to make like meaningful,; after all, we have to leave this like and everything we have now, one day. Only our deep rooted love and compassion can travel with the mind or spirit. So we must make some determination on this first day of the year to promote and fortify what ever love and compassion one has. The environment or atmosphere created through our love and compassion is the best peace and happiness we could share with humanity. The very first thing that we must be is to be an altruistic person rather than being a Buddhist in name.
